Procedure for C.I.E. application

According to our circular 92/2008 please note that all applications for the International Show Champion Title (C.I.E.) must be sent to the FCI Office in writing either through the national canine organisation or directly by the dog’s owner according to the agreements existing between the FCI and a couple of members.
i.e. :
- for dogs owned by Belgian, English (England), French, Israeli & Swiss citizen, the application for the C.I.E. can be sent straightly to the FCI office. The official application form must be used.
- For dogs owned by citizens from all other countries, the application must be sent by the national canine organization of the owner’s country of residence.
