Conformément à notre circulaire 92/2008, nous attirons votre attention sur le fait que les demandes pour le titre de Champion International d’Exposition (C.I.E.) doivent être envoyées par écrit au Secrétariat de la FCI par l'intermédiaire de l'association canine nationale ou directement par le propriétaire du chien conformément aux accords existants entre la FCI et certains membres.
A savoir :
- pour les chiens dont le propriétaire réside en Belgique, France, Monaco & Suisse, la demande de titre (C.I.E.) peut être envoyée directement à la F.C.I. via le formulaire officiel.
- pour les chiens dont le propriétaire ne réside pas dans un des pays susmentionnés, la demande de titre doit être introduite par l’association canine nationale du pays de résidence du propriétaire du chien.

According to our circular 92/2008 please note that all applications for the International Show Champion Title (C.I.E.) must be sent to the FCI Office in writing either through the national canine organisation or directly by the dog’s owner according to the agreements existing between the FCI and a couple of members.
i.e. :
- for dogs owned by Belgian, English (England), French, Israeli & Swiss citizen, the application for the C.I.E. can be sent straightly to the FCI office. The official application form must be used.
- For dogs owned by citizens from all other countries, the application must be sent by the national canine organisation of the owner’s country of residence.

Gemäss unserem Zirkular 92/2008 bitte beachten Sie, dass Anträge für den Internationalen Ausstellungs-Champion Titel (C.I.E.) beim FCI-Sekretariat schriftlich eingereicht werden müssen entweder über die nationale kynologische Organisation oder direkt vom Eigentümer des Hundes an uns gemäss den Absprachen, die zwischen der FCI und einigen Ländern bestehen.
d.h. :
- Für Hunde, deren Eigentümer in Belgien, Frankreich und in der Schweiz wohnhaft ist, kann der Antrag direkt beim FCI-Sekretariat eingereicht werden und muss das offizielle Formular verwendet werden.
- Für Hunde, deren Eigentümer nicht in einem der obengenannten Länder wohnhaft ist, muss den Antrag über die nationale kynologische Organisation eingereicht werden.
